JgzApp
Register JgzApp
The JgzApp is linked to your child's digital file. It is therefore important that registration is done safely and carefully. The registration process is not complicated, but for this reason it does consist of 5 steps:
Step 1 – request the JgzApp personally
The registration code for the JgzApp can only be requested PERSONALLY. This can be done during the home visit for the heel prick, during the intake interview with the nurse or you can visit the child health clinic. We want to be sure that you are the parent of the child. We may ask for identification.
We ask for this because we handle the data of all children in our care with the utmost care and we want to be sure that a child’s data does not end up in the wrong place. We can therefore NOT process applications by telephone.
Step 2 – we link the digital file to the JgzApp
We ask for your mobile number and email address and check if these are the same as in your child’s file. With this information we can link the app and your child’s file.
Step 3 – you will receive the registration code and registration procedure by email
We will send you a registration code and an explanation of how to install the app on your phone by email. This registration code is valid for a maximum of 14 days. Has your code expired? Then request a new one at the consultation bureau.
Step 4 – install the JgzApp on your phone
Download the JgzApp from the App Store or Google Play. When you have done this, the app will ask you for the registration code. If you have entered the registration code, you will receive a message that an SMS has been sent with a code. You enter this code again in the app.
Step 5 – choose a five-digit PIN code
Now you choose a personal five-digit PIN code. You must confirm this PIN code a second time. This PIN code is personal and only known to you. Do not write it down and do not give it to others. JGZ Kennemerland will never ask for your PIN code.
